Welcome to PsyTech, home of the Mother-Daughter Ghost Hunting team Starr and Jessi Chaney. We are very honored by your visit.

We are a ghost hunting (paranormal research and investigation) team located in Nicholasville, Kentucky which is just south of Lexington. I am, along with my daughter Jessi, a Certified Ghost Hunter/Researcher, Certified Paranormal Investigator, Certified EVP Specialist, and Certified Instructor. We are also members of the American Society of Dowsers. We invite you to get to know a little about us, the ghost hunters next door. We feel it is a great responsibility to uphold the reputation of ghost hunters, and we believe that consideration and respect to the living and the dead are essential in ghost hunting and the field of paranormal research and investigation.

Haunted Lexington Bus Tours

We have been asked by Blue Grass Tours, Kentucky's oldest and best bus tour company, to do Haunted Lexington bus tours during the week and very special Ghost Hunting Expeditions on the weekends through October. A Heart Felt Thank You

PsyTech would like to offer a very heartfelt thank you to all who came out to our Camp Nelson events. Because of your generosity, we were able to raise over $2000 for their preservation and restoration efforts. We are very pleased that these ghost hunting events got such fabulous feedback as well. If you are interested in helping in our efforts, it's not too late. You can keep track of classes and events by checking out our Camp Nelson Events page. We will continue to work with Camp Nelson on an ongoing basis for fundraisers, so please check back for more dates for events. Civil War ghosts are awaiting you!

Dinners, Campouts, Ghost Hunting Weekends & more!

We are pleased to announce that we have some excellent ghost hunting programs happening this year! We are once again doing the paranormal program for the Spirits of Butler Paranormal Weekend at General Butler State Park; there are two dates, May 19th & 20th and September 1st & 2nd. In addition we also have a paranormal retreat at General Butler in September, for those interested in becoming certified as ghost hunters and enjoying some of the best ghost hunting in Kentucky! We have also been asked to do a paranormal program at Blue Licks State Park as part of their 225th Anniversary August 17th - 19th... and of course we still have our events at Camp Nelson and The Mansion at Griffin Gate, plus new ones at historic Keene Springs Inn too!
