EVP from Keene Springs Inn

Jessi, Jill and I had just begun to head upstairs to investigate when Ed came to tell us that he had just seen the rocking chair in the gift shop rock on its own. We returned to the room and tried to coax the spirit to move the chair again, and we captured this EVP. You hear me say "Can you show us that you're here?" and a voice answers "No", then I say "A moment ago you had the rocking chair rocking" and a voice says "Yes".

During a dowsing session, Jill is asking a spirit in the gift shop if there is more than one person with them. You hear a voice say "No", then Jill acknowledges the negative response on the pendulum.

During a dowsing session, Jill is asking a spirit in the gift shop if it is male. You hear a female voice say "No". Jill gets a negative response on her pendulum so she asks if they are female and a quieter female voice says "Yes".

During a dowsing session, Jill is asking a spirit in the gift shop if she will tell us her name. We actually heard a voice at that time, but Ed was the only one to actually catch the name, as evidenced by the first voice (though faint) in this EVP saying "Claudia" slightly before Ed says it. I amplified it a little to make it a bit easier to hear. Later in the recording you hear Ed and Jill ask if she used to wear a yellow bonnet, and you hear a female voice say "Yes".

This EVP picks up when Jill is asking a spirit by the name of Suzannah if it was her husband or boyfriend who had made a tapping noise behind Ed, and you hear a male voice say "Oh Jesus". We think that Suzannah may have been seeing another man here at the Inn, and apparently he was a little rattled by the question.

This EVP was captured on our digital recorder which we left in the small hallway leading to the bathroom. This is the same hallway where something grabbed the camcorder and tugged on it while it was hanging around my neck on its strap. The voices are strange, and appears to actually be at least two spirits speaking in tandem saying "All of us know we are long dead".
